Upon arrival at our secure Houston facility, the shipment is weighed and audited against the initial inventory. Each device is scanned and its details (type, brand, serial number) are logged into our tracking system. A Certificate of Data Destruction is issued for every device, providing you with a legal and auditable record of compliance with HIPAA, FACTA, GLBA, and other data protection regulations.

Once data is destroyed, devices are moved to our dismantling stations. Our technicians, following strict occupational health and safety practices, manually de-manufacture each item. This allows us to carefully separate components and isolate hazardous materials like batteries, mercury-containing lamps, and leaded glass.
